What this redesign fixed

A homepage sentence was broken mid-phrase: “Our experienced physiotherapists in Pickering and create personalized treatment plans…” The sentence is finished, and the claim leads the hero.
The contact block (phone, email, address) was printed twice in full on the same homepage. It appears once, in one place, with tap-to-call.
Booking left the site entirely to a third-party JaneApp page — there was no form on the clinic's own site. There is now a full appointment-request form here, with the online booking page kept as a choice, not the only door.
Hours existed only as a compressed code-like string (“Mo,Tu,We,Th,Fr 08:30-19:30, Sa 08:30-13:30”) at the very bottom. Hours are now a readable table beside the map.
Several services (Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Acupuncture) and every “Conditions We Treat” item were plain unlinked text while neighbouring items were links — a half-finished menu. All six services and all eleven conditions are presented the same, finished way; the 12+ unlabelled insurer logos are replaced by one clear direct-billing promise: benefits verified before your first visit.

Benchmarks checked: McKelvie Physiotherapy, Apex Physiotherapy and Chiropractic and Pickering Chiropractic Health Centre (Pickering clinics with service-led, bookable homepages) — this sample matches that standard in the clinic's own deep-teal palette and clean clinical type, not a copy of any of them. Photos: real physiotherapy trade photography from the QC'd library. No prices or patient reviews are printed: the clinic publishes neither on the page verified, so none are invented here. Hours are the clinic's own published site hours (Mon–Fri 8:30–7:30, Sat 8:30–1:30); its public listing shows a 4:00 PM Friday close, so Friday hours must be re-verified with the clinic before any send.
